這家酒店我住了兩晚，原本對他的印象非常好。早餐也是豐富好吃的。在訂房網站預訂的價格也不貴，兩個晚上含稅含雙，早2000出頭。一切的轉折來自於退房之後，原本退房我們把行李寄存在前台就出去玩，回頭拿完行李就愉快的再見。結果就在我們返回拿行李的時候，發現前台沒有人。你能懂嗎？這麼一個大大的酒店前台沒有人。我們當時非常趕時間，我按了兩遍前台鈴，一個紅頭髮的女的，凶神惡煞的沖出來了。沒有問我要辦理什麼業務，直接跟我説，讓我不要一直按鈴，我這是去他大爺，要是我一按鈴兒，你就有反應，我用得著反覆按嗎？其他真的都挺好的，其他工作人員也挺好的，就是那個紅頭髮的婆娘，不是個東西，自己摸魚就算了，還一副趾高氣揚。

Booked a bit late so didn't really have many choices in Salzburg. But I was surprised by the service and cleanliness of the room. I messaged the hotel directly to ask for direction from the station and was told to take Obus No 2. It was easy to get there with the pre-arrange Salzburg Mobility Card. Location wise it is not near to the station of Ler the main area. But it is ok since there is couple of supermarkets nearby (Billa, EuroSpar and Aekshea - Asian mart). The bottled water is only 1 per stay. Free flow of tap water is highly recommended.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Location was not close to attractions but we were provided transport card which was convenient to take bus to get around.

從預訂到入住都很順利也挺愉快，定的套房帶沙發，辦理入住的小哥對於提出的要求都儘量滿足，所以唯一的一分服務分是給他的！衞生還是好的。退房那天，我兒子和家人早上大概8點左右想到對面超市買點東西、此時正好下大雨，問前台借雨傘、這名叫Gana的亞裔女士對我兒子説酒店今天開始規定不能借、衹能花50歐買一把！於是單純的孩子衹能淋雨出門。退房時我要求拍下這名女士名牌並且和訂房網站投訴此事，於是酒店的經理華麗麗的出現一開始説是我們聽錯了、50歐是按金，我反問房號都沒有詢問何談按金？於是他和Gana説她理解錯了這個是按金，那如果是態度誠懇此事也就過去了，但經理不耐煩的解釋態度讓我們都無法平復情緒。後來在第二天凌晨酒店的管理層給我郵件，通篇都是逃避問題和不予承認錯誤的言論，平心而論這個酒店位置普通、如果連基本的尊重禮貌也做不到那還算什麼酒店？最後要誇下訂房網站在此次事件中給予安慰我、主動設法幫助解決問題的幾位酒店管家，現在的訂房網站是可以在異國他鄉給到溫暖和信任的集團。

嶄新、價格、大小，地段——屬於酒店不可能四角。特地找比較新，價格不錯，地點要走15分鐘才到老城，唯一代價就是房間小。但這完全不重要，衹是晚上睡覺，其它時間都在外面。值得推薦。

We have problem with the air conditioning in 1 room. The staff requested us to monitor for the night. If it doesn’t show improvement, they will change the room for us. It didn’t work so they changed the room the next day. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Hotel quite near to the tourist information centre, which is about 15mins walk.

酒店所在的地段不錯，出門就有公交線和加油站，距離一個舞蹈學校門口的餐廳一條街非常近。美中不足就是酒店的設施比較陳舊，有一種90年代招待所的感覺。

Excellent location for walking or bus to many old city sights! Room was extremely comfortable, fresh and clean, very helpful appointments with fridge, cupboards, coffee station, lovely soap and lotion, everything extremely fresh and professional. My room looked out on a lovely tree and sheer mountain face! Such a wonderful bonus! Sauna was clean and comfortable and a very helpful amenity. Front lobby and 2nd storey lobby were attractive and comfortable. Loved my stay here, thank you!
